What helps me Unwind My Mind

Regular exercise is hard when you have no energy, but with a commitment to 30 minutes a day it will raise your endorphins and make you feel better. Sunlight, healthy food, yoga and the support of good friends has made a tremendous difference in my life as well as not giving in to negative thoughts.
